We're looking for a content writer who\r\n can think beyond generic blogs and actually shape how a community interacts and\r\n grows.

What\r\n you'll do

\r\n

Post and engage within the TwoXTopia app to spark\r\n meaningful conversations
Write engaging descriptions for small weekday\r\n hangouts (cafes, walks, park meetups, etc.)
Promote TwoXTopia on Reddit using thoughtful and\r\n non-spammy strategies
Research women-led businesses and creators, and\r\n write collaboration outreach emails
Write informative, SEO-friendly articles on topics\r\n relevant to women's lives
Create witty, relatable, and engaging in-app\r\n notifications and prompts
Write monthly newsletters for the community
Create content for LinkedIn (articles, posts) for\r\n the official TwoXTopia page
Assist in Instagram content (captions, reel ideas,\r\n hooks)
Write Twitter posts
Write summaries of existing podcast episodes
Be able to fix SRT files of podcasts
Be able to speak during the podcast
Participate in on-ground community building and\r\n offline events when needed
Contribute ideas for improving engagement,\r\n retention, and brand voice

We are building a growing podcast and\r\n women-centric community platform. We're looking for a creative person who can help us\r\n scale short-form content across Instagram and YouTube. If you enjoy editing reels,\r\n spotting trends, shooting content, and interacting with people then this role is for\r\n you.

\r\n

What\r\n you'll do

\r\n

Create engaging short-form videos from podcast\r\n episodes (Instagram Reels & YouTube Shorts)
Shoot and edit original trending reels based on\r\n current social media trends
Add subtitles, text overlays, hooks, transitions,\r\n and music to optimize engagement
Assist in editing long-form podcast videos
Capture behind-the-scenes content in office or\r\n during community events
Shoot photos and videos at community events
Conduct and design short on-ground interviews with\r\n attendees during events for social media content
Create simple posters and creatives using Canva (or\r\n similar tools)
Write short, engaging captions for Instagram posts\r\n and reels
