By creating an account and using TwoXTopia, you represent that:

• •You are at least 18 years of age
• •You identify as a woman or non-binary person who is welcome in women's spaces
• •You have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement
• •You will comply with these Terms and all applicable laws

TwoXTopia is a women-only, invite-only platform. To join, you must:

• •Receive an invitation from an existing member
• •Identify as a woman or belong in women's spaces
• •Provide accurate and truthful information during registration

We reserve the right to verify your identity and eligibility at any time. Misrepresentation of your identity or gender may result in immediate account termination.

You are responsible for:

• •Maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials
• •All activities that occur under your account
• •Notifying us immediately of any unauthorized access
• •Ensuring your account information is accurate and up-to-date

You may not share your account with others or create multiple accounts.

TwoXTopia is a safe, respectful space. You agree to:

• •Support intersectional feminism and LGBTQ+ inclusion
• •Engage in constructive, thoughtful discussions
• •Report inappropriate behavior to moderators
• •Block any member whose behaviour makes you uncomfortable
• •Respect others' privacy and boundaries

❌ DO NOT:

• •Harassment: Bully, threaten, stalk, or harass other users
• •Hate Speech: Post racist, sexist, homophobic, transphobic, or discriminatory content
• •Misinformation: Spread false information or conspiracy theories
• •Spam: Post unsolicited advertising, promotional content, or repetitive messages
• •Illegal Activity: Engage in or promote illegal activities
• •Impersonation: Pretend to be someone else or misrepresent your identity
• •Privacy Violations: Share others' personal information without consent (doxxing)
• •NSFW Content: Post sexually explicit, graphic, or inappropriate content

TwoXTopia has zero tolerance for objectionable content and for abusive users. By using TwoXTopia, you agree that you will not post, upload, or share objectionable content, and that you will not behave abusively towards any other member. This is a condition of your continued access to the platform, not a guideline.

Objectionable content includes, and is not limited to:

• •Harassment and abuse: Bullying, threats, stalking, intimidation, or targeted attacks on any member
• •Hate speech: Racist, sexist, homophobic, transphobic, casteist, or otherwise discriminatory content
• •Sexually explicit content: Pornographic, sexually explicit, or graphic material, and unwanted sexual advances
• •Violence and self-harm: Graphic violence, or content that promotes, glorifies, or encourages self-harm
• •Child safety: Any content that sexualises, endangers, or exploits a minor
• •Doxxing: Sharing another person's private information without their consent
• •Illegal content: Content that is unlawful, or that promotes or facilitates illegal activity

How we act on reports

Every post, comment, and profile on TwoXTopia carries a Report control. Our moderators review every report they receive within 24 hours. Where we find that content or conduct breaches these Terms, we remove the offending content and eject the member responsible from the platform.

Blocking other members

You do not have to wait for a moderator. You may block any member at any time from their profile, or from the menu on any of their posts or comments. A blocked member's posts and comments are hidden from you, and they can no longer interact with you. Blocked accounts are listed under Blocked Accounts in your account menu, where you can unblock them at any time.

Your Content

You retain ownership of all content you post on TwoXTopia. However, by posting content, you grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, display, reproduce, and distribute your content in connection with operating and promoting the platform.

Platform Content

All platform features, designs, logos, and materials are owned by TwoXTopia and protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, or distribute our content without permission.

We reserve the right to:

• •Remove content that violates these Terms or Community Guidelines
• •Suspend or terminate accounts for violations
• •Issue warnings or temporary bans
• •Moderate content and user behavior at our sole discretion

Reported content is reviewed within 24 hours. Content that breaches these Terms is removed and the member who posted it is ejected from the platform. Repeated violations may result in permanent account termination.

You may not:

• •Use automated tools (bots, scrapers) to access the platform
• •Attempt to hack, compromise, or disrupt our systems
• •Reverse engineer or decompile our software
• •Use the platform for commercial purposes without permission
• •Access another user's account without authorization

TwoXTopia may integrate with third-party services (e.g., Google Sign-In, OAuth providers). Your use of these services is subject to their own terms and policies. We are not responsible for third-party services or content.

TwoXTopia is provided "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee:

• •Uninterrupted or error-free service
• •Accuracy or reliability of user-generated content
• •Fitness for a particular purpose
• •Security against unauthorized access or data breaches

To the fullest extent permitted by law, TwoXTopia and its operators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the platform, including but not limited to:

• •Loss of data or content
• •Unauthorized access to your account
• •Interactions with other users
• •Service interruptions or technical errors

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless TwoXTopia, its operators, and affiliates from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses (including legal fees) arising from:

• •Your violation of these Terms
• •Your content or conduct on the platform
• •Your violation of any laws or third-party rights

You may terminate your account at any time by contacting us or using account deletion features. We may suspend or terminate your account at any time for violations of these Terms, without prior notice.

Upon termination, your right to access the platform will cease, but these Terms will remain in effect for applicable provisions (e.g., disclaimers, liability limitations).

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify you of material changes by posting the updated Terms on this page and updating the "Last Updated" date. Your continued use of TwoXTopia after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of TwoXTopia shall be resolved in the courts of India.
