Zero Tolerance Violations

The following behaviors will result in immediate account suspension or termination:

• •Harassment: Bullying, stalking, threatening, or intimidating other members
• •Hate Speech: Racist, sexist, homophobic, transphobic, ableist, or otherwise discriminatory content
• •Doxxing: Sharing someone's personal information without consent
• •Sexual Harassment: Unwanted sexual attention or advances
• •Violence: Threats or incitement of violence
• •Illegal Activity: Promoting or engaging in illegal activities
• •Child Sexual Abuse Material (CSAM): Creating, possessing, requesting, uploading, sharing, or distributing any material depicting the sexual abuse or exploitation of minors.
• •Child Sexual Abuse and Exploitation (CSAE): Any conduct involving the grooming, sexual exploitation, trafficking, coercion, or abuse of minors.
• •Child Grooming: Attempting to befriend, manipulate, or communicate with a minor for sexual purposes.

Serious Violations

These behaviors may result in warnings, temporary bans, or permanent removal:

• •Spam: Excessive self-promotion, advertising, or repetitive posts
• •Misinformation: Deliberately spreading false or misleading information
• •Trolling: Posting inflammatory content to provoke others
• •Impersonation: Pretending to be someone else
• •Brigading: Coordinating attacks or mass downvoting against users or posts
• •Bad Faith Arguments: Deliberately misrepresenting others' views or arguing dishonestly

Content Restrictions

• •NSFW Content: No sexually explicit or graphic content
• •Violent Content: No graphic depictions of violence or gore
• •Medical Advice: Don't provide medical diagnoses or treatment advice
• •Legal Advice: Don't provide professional legal counsel
• •Financial Schemes: No MLM, crypto schemes, or financial scams

TwoXTopia has zero tolerance for any form of Child Sexual Abuse and Exploitation (CSAE).

The following is strictly prohibited

• •Creating, uploading, sharing, requesting, or distributing Child Sexual Abuse Material (CSAM).
• •Any content that sexualizes, exploits, or endangers minors.
• •Grooming or attempting to establish inappropriate relationships with minors.
• •Soliciting or encouraging sexual conversations or interactions involving minors.
• •Sextortion, coercion, blackmail, or threats involving minors.
• •Human trafficking or commercial sexual exploitation of minors.
• •Any attempt to facilitate, promote, or organize the exploitation or abuse of children.

Any account found engaging in these activities will be immediately and permanently removed.

Where required by applicable law, TwoXTopia may preserve evidence and report confirmed CSAM or child exploitation to the appropriate law enforcement authorities or child protection organizations.

If you encounter content that appears to involve child exploitation or abuse, please report it immediately using the in-app reporting feature or contact our safety team.

TwoXTopia complies with applicable child safety laws and regulations.

Gal Pal Posts (Questions & Support)

Hangouts (Group Events)

• •RSVP honestly and update if plans change
• •Communicate clearly about event details
• •Be punctual and respectful of organizers' time

Tag Alongs (Finding Activity Partners)

• •Be clear about expectations and preferences
• •Respect safety concerns and meet in public places
• •Communicate if you need to cancel
• •Share costs fairly when appropriate

• •Don't share others' personal information without permission
• •Respect the semi-anonymous nature of our platform
• •Don't screenshot or share conversations outside TwoXTopia
• •Meet new connections in public places initially
• •Trust your instincts—if something feels off, it probably is
• •Report suspicious behavior to moderators
• •If you suspect a child is being exploited, groomed, or abused, report the content immediately. Our moderation team reviews child safety reports with the highest priority and will take appropriate action, including removal of violating content and reporting to relevant authorities where required by law

Our moderation team works to keep TwoXTopia safe and welcoming. We:

• •Review reported content within 24-48 hours
• •Apply consequences fairly and consistently
• •Issue warnings for first-time minor violations
• •Temporarily ban for repeated or serious violations
• •Permanently remove accounts involved in child sexual abuse or exploitation, harassment, violence, doxxing, or other zero-tolerance violations.
• •Reports involving suspected Child Sexual Abuse Material (CSAM) or Child Sexual Abuse and Exploitation (CSAE) receive immediate review and may be referred to appropriate law enforcement or child protection authorities where required by law.

Moderator decisions are final. If you believe a decision was made in error, you may appeal by contacting support.

Content that violates these guidelines may be removed without prior notice.

If you see content or behavior that violates our guidelines:

• •Use the Report button to report harassment, abusive content, child safety concerns, spam, or any other guideline violations.
• •Members can report posts, comments, profiles, and messages directly within the app using the Report feature
• •Child safety reports are prioritized and reviewed immediately by our moderation team.
• •Provide specific details about the violation
• •Don't engage with or respond to violating content
• •For urgent safety concerns, contact moderators directly
• •Block users who make you uncomfortable
