February 2026
Hi Ladiesπ
If you're new here, welcome to TwoXTopia π
And if you've been with us for a while, thank you for staying. Here's a deeper look at everything we've been building this month, the conversations we hosted, the stories we shared, the spaces we created, and the quiet progress happening behind the scenes that continues to shape TwoXTopia into something more meaningful every single day.
February for us was about connection and fun, both online and offline.
π TwoXTopia - A Women-Only Platform
TwoXTopia is a women-only, semi-anonymous, invite-only platform where women can connect, share experiences, and have honest conversations, grounded in inclusivity and intersectional feminism. Learn more about us here
ποΈ TwoXTalks - Our Live Podcast
TwoXTalks is our weekly podcast hosted by Prachi and Somali, exploring gender, identity, and culture through lived experiences. We go live every Wednesday at 4pm IST and upload full episodes on Fridays. Open to guests from all genders.
Podcasts Released: (Love Series) π§‘
In february, the podcasts we recorded were based on the theme of loveMotherhood, the Good, the Bad and the Ugly (28th January)
Motherhood is spoken about in extremes, either it's glorified or it's judged. There is very little room for honesty in between. The emotional labour, the expectations, the identity shifts, and the quiet exhaustion that many women carry are rarely acknowledged openly. So, Prachi and Somali discussed motherhood in all its complexity, the good, the difficult, and the uncomfortable realities that are often pushed aside.
Singlehood: When It's a Better Choice Than Settling (4th February)
Often singlehood is treated as a problem to solve, especially for women. As February arrives, conversations around love get louder, but they usually centre romantic partnership as the only form of fulfilment. What rarely gets acknowledged is this: choosing singlehood can be an act of clarity, strength, and deep self-respect. In this TwoXTalks podcast, Prachi and Somali discussed singlehood as a conscious choice, one that prioritises peace over pressure and standards over settling. They explored why being single isn't a lack of love, but often a refusal to accept the wrong kind of it.
"Bare Minimum": What Does It Really Mean? (11th February)
For a long time, women have been subtly conditioned to accept less in relationships, especially under the pressure of being "chosen," partnered, or loved in a way that looks good from the outside. Somewhere along the way, basic decency started getting framed as effort, and emotional neglect was softened with excuses. In this episode we discussed why the bare minimum has become the benchmark for a "good relationship," and how that standard quietly harms both women and men, and why choosing yourself is often the more honest, powerful option.
This conversation pushes back against performative romance and focuses on something far more important, self-respect, emotional clarity, and the courage to walk away from what doesn't meet your standards.
SRK Characters Ranked: Who Is the Best Boyfriend? (18th February)
If you're a 90s kid, then you didn't learn love from books. You learned it from watching Shah Rukh Khan on the big screen. Obviously, SRK can't be everyone's boyfriend. But his characters? Fair game! Therefore, Prachi and Somali ranked SRK characters, deciding who qualifies as the best boyfriend in 2026. Green flags? Bare minimum? Or just pretty speeches? All were discussed in detail in this podcast.
The Importance of Female Friendships (25th February)
"A woman is a woman's biggest enemy" is a sentence we've heard far too often, and almost never from a woman herself. Sometimes society repeats it so women don't band together, because if we truly did, we would change things. In this podcast Prachi challenged the stereotypes that surround female friendships and highlighted the importance of female friendships. We discussed a kind of love that isn't romantic but is just as life-changing.
List of our previous podcasts:
- Is AI making us smarter or dumber?
- Why leaving home was the hardest and best decision ever?
- The truth about having a non linear career path in today's world
- Is it really hard to make and keep friends in your 20s?
- If no one's coming to save us, how do we save ourselves?
- Roasting 2025: Because 'Protecting' Women Looks a Lot Like Oppressing Them
- Indian Cinema's Flower Pot Problem: When Heroines Have Zero Personality?
Each of these conversations continues to shape the direction of TwoXTopia, rooted in honesty, relatability, and shared experience.
π TwoXTopia IRL - Galentine's Edition

This February, we took TwoXTopia beyond the screen and into real life, with our Galentine's Edition meetup, and it truly brought the community to life.
Hosted in Bangalore, the event was intentionally designed to feel different from typical meetups. It wasn't about formal introductions, it was about creating a space where people could show up as they are. A space that felt safe from the moment you walked in.
β¨ What made it special?
Event hosted and designed by TwoXTopia creator Prachi there were:
- Thoughtfully designed ice-breakers that helped people ease into conversations naturally
- Interactive games and quizzes designed by Prachi that turned unfamiliar faces into comfortable company
- Conversations that moved beyond small talk and into real, meaningful sharing
And what made the evening even more memorable were the small, intentional details taken care of by Somali:
- πΉ Roses handed out as simple gestures of warmth and appreciation
- π« Customised bands for each participant, making it something personal to take home
- π Handmade cards that carried notes, reflections, and moments of connection
- π§ Cupcakes brought by Arya, that added a soft, celebratory energy to the space
Each element was designed to make the experience feel personal, not transactional. There was no pressure to "network." No expectation to impress.
Just a room full of beautiful women, connecting, laughing, sharing, and existing unapologetically. By the end of the evening, it didn't feel like an event anymore. It felt like a space people didn't want to leave.
And that's exactly what TwoXTopia aims to build, both online and offline. π
π What We're Building (App Progress)
If you've been using TwoXTopia through twox.in, you already know you can install it as a website on your Android device, it works as a mobile-friendly website with push notifications and our logo on your home screen.
But this month marks a major milestone for us.
We've successfully built our native mobile app, not just as an extension of the website, but as a more seamless, immersive experience designed specifically for our community.
The app is now ready and will be entering testing mode in March.
This means early users will be able to:
- Explore new features
- Experience smoother navigation and interaction
- Share feedback that directly shapes the final product
This phase is important to us, not just for fixing bugs, but for building something that genuinely works for the community using it. This isn't just a technical upgrade. It's a step toward making TwoXTopia more accessible, more intentional, and more connected.
Updates about testing access and the Play Store launch will be shared on twox.in.
π Sneak Peek: What's Next
- More TwoXTalks episodes exploring love, identity, and relationships
- More TwoXStories featuring honest, unfiltered journeys
- More IRL community events that bring people together offline
- App testing rollout and continuous feature updates
We're building slowly, but intentionally.
π± Closing Note
Thank you for taking the time to read this month's recap.
TwoXTopia continues to grow through conversations, stories, and shared experiences, and February reminded us that when women come together, even briefly, something meaningful always happens. Whether you've been actively participating or quietly observing, your presence here matters.
