Get Paid to Build a Community: TwoXTopia Campus Ambassador Program!
Imagine getting paid to hang out with new people.
Now add some goodies, gift vouchers, and a chance to work with an all-women team.
A chance for community building where you are the facilitator!
How does that sound for a college-going girl?
If I were in college and someone told me about an opportunity like this, I probably would have instantly said no.
Because I was young.
I was stupid.
I was an introvert.
And I was scared of almost everything that wasn't academically related.
But I look around now and I'm surrounded by young people who are still in college or have just graduated,
doing internships in fields they didn't even study,
meeting new people,
trying things they have never done before,
and learning so much about the world at such a young age.
And it really makes me proud and happy for them.
Because I started my career at 27.
And so I learned a lot of things very, very late in life.
Even my personality developed late.
In hindsight, I think I could have done all of this community building much earlier.
(I learnt all that to grow TwoXTopia)
I could have gotten out of my comfort zone, tried things I was scared of, and probably thrived.
Because that's the thing about opportunities.
Once you actually get one, you change.
You learn.
You adapt.
You figure things out on the fly.
So, my dear young girls, please don't decide that you're not capable of something before you've even tried it.
Give yourself an opportunity to surprise yourself.
Which brings me to this.
TwoXTopia is looking for college-going girls in Bangalore for our Campus Ambassador Program.
What is it?
Simple.
You get paid to organise 2-3 meetups a month for women in Bangalore, for 3 months.
That's it.
The meetups need to be for women who aren't your existing friends, and each meetup should have a theme. It could be activity-based, conversation-based, or both.
Your job is basically to bring women together and make sure everyone has a good time.
And in return, you get paid, goodies and gift vouchers, plus an opportunity to intern with TwoXTopia.
Is that all?
Yes.
Kinda.
There are always terms and conditions 😝
So check out all the details about this here : https://twox.in/landing-page/campus-ambassador?utm_source=share&utm_medium=social&utm_campaign=campus-ambassador&utm_content=pki.post
And give it a shot.
What's the worst that can happen?
