Thoughtful conversations in cubbon

I learned recently that lonliness is often the lack of something very specific for each one of us, For me for example my lonliness stems from overgiving or caring too much but often not being seen in the same way, for others it may mean not having someone to go on trips with or not having someone to listen or even not having someone who they could listen to and be there for.

And very often in trying to curate the perfect life on the outside these things rarely get discussed, in addition just being part of a city means, it hard to find people who understand you and show up for you.

Atleast this has been my experience.. I felt the cure for such things in life is always more love, more openess, more courage to share our struggles and a safe space to do so.

I felt this could be a meaningful meetup, to reflect, talk abotu our struggles, mainly with making friend and lonliness, things we may be scared to admit, a place to see and hear each other.

Friendships arent built in a day, they take years of showing up, understanding and loving and they strongest friendships are built from the toughest situations, most courageous people willing to fight for each other, but i felt this could be a good starting point <3
