It depends on what's the cause of upset stomach. Most women get an upset stomach during and little bit before their period. Some get it because of food poisoning. And some get it because of anxiety.
First you need to find he cause of it.
And mostly for me I have boiled cumin seeds in water, then drained the water and drank it. Then I keep reusing the same cumin seeds to boil the water again. That has helped me most of the time, no matter what is the cause of the issue.
And i will suggest you also drink lots of fluids, mainly water to stay hydrated. And have bananas.

ig i am suffering from this due to my periods.
