Work rant part 2?

It is okay to make mistakes, it's important to own upto them and rectify them. That's what I have learnt in my career, that's what I teach my juniors, that's what my seniors taught me.
BUT THESE PEOPLE NOT ONLY HAVE ZERO SENSE OF RESPONSIBILITY AND ACCOUNTABILITY, THEY BLAME SOMEONE INNOCENT AND DEFEND THEMSELVES
