😰 Imposter Syndrome💡 advice

How to cope up with this?

Lately I have been doubting myself a lot. Like should I keep on pursuing what I am doing currently, also if I am doing good enough or not.
Something in me is constantly reminding me that I am not enough.
How to overcome this?

One good thing about impostor syndrome is that the one who's really bad at what they do won't feel like they are bad at it. It's only the people who are good enough at something, who'll feel like they aren't that good .

And there's this thing called "Dunning Kruger effect" Acc to that you feel that you are not good enough because you are the middle of the knowledge curve. Now you are aware of what you don't know. Earlier you didn't even know what you didn't know and that's why it never felt wrong then.

The solution to your problem is to accept the bad days. Feel that feeling for sometime and then trust yourself that good things take time. Give yourself a time frame for any goal you set. It could be minutes, hours, days, months or years. Grind as much as you can and if it still doesn't give you enough results that you wanted, then and only then change your path and move on.
