🔍 Job Search ask

Girls, I am tired!!

Hey girls! ❤️

I’m fairly new to the 2xtopia community, so hello first! 👋

I’m Gayathri, a B2B SaaS marketer from Chennai, and I’m currently looking for my next full-time role.

And girls… I’m tired. 😭

You know that stage of a job search where you’ve applied, interviewed, done assignments, followed up, waited, followed up again, wondered whether a role is still actually open, picked yourself back up and started applying again?

Yeah. I’m there. 😂

So instead of quietly sending another 25 applications into the internet, I thought I’d actually ask the women in this community for help.

My background sits at the intersection of Product Marketing, Growth and Organic Growth/Content.

Over the years, I’ve worked across B2B SaaS on things like positioning & messaging, GTM, product-led/BOFU content, SEO, AI Search/GEO, lifecycle marketing, customer & competitor research, and GA4/GTM measurement.

Some little bits of work I’m proud of:

→ Shipped 9 product-led assets across 4 SaaS products in 30 days, alongside 34.7% organic traffic growth
→ Built/scaled organic growth programs across SaaS and AI products
→ Worked on the launch/growth of an AI fitness product that crossed 5K+ downloads
→ Built BOFU content that ranked across Google and AI search
→ Worked across agency/client environments as well as in-house SaaS teams
→ More recently, I’ve been going much deeper into GTM, lifecycle, activation, conversion and revenue measurement

I’m primarily looking for Product Marketing, Growth Marketing, Organic Growth/Growth Strategy, GTM or adjacent roles, ideally full-time and remote.

If your company is hiring, or if you know a founder/marketing leader who might be looking for someone with this slightly weird-but-useful combination of product + content + organic growth + analytics 😄, I would be incredibly grateful for a referral or introduction.

And even if you just know of an opening that I might have missed, please send it my way ❤️

I’m happy to share my resume and portfolio in the comments/DM.

Thank you, girls. Hopefully sometime soon I’ll get to come back here and post the much happier “I GOT THE JOB!” update 🥹🤞

Hi Gayathri 👋🏻

I really wish I could help you directly here. But sadly I can't.

We are looking to expand the TwoXTopia team with a new content writer and video editor.

Although I can't provide you with leads I can tell you how to make your job search easier.

On LinkedIn, write more about what you do, like convert your work experiences into stories and lessons.

More than "easy apply" on LinkedIn, I feel this method would work.

Whereas on internshala you can filter jobs as per your liking and apply.

Other than that, if you are targeting a particular company then apply via their website rather than LinkedIn or internshala. Companies that have their own job portal will give preference to applications coming front that portal first.

Other than this, I'll share your resume with people I know.

I suggest you put your resume in a Google drive folder and then share that link so that you can still update your resume and you wouldn't need to change the link.
