How to grow my natural nails😭😭

Giiirls, I've been struggling to grow my natural nails out because I just bite them. Do you have any tips to stop biting my nails?

Even I wanna know how to do this. Any time my nails grow even a tiny bit more, I end up biting it.

I had the same problem. And to solve that issue all I did was applying nail paint 💅 that's it.

Yes applying nailpaint helped me as well, because that colours on my nail made me stop biting them.
